@@StarlightStarbright70 I’m still fighting a cold. It’s been too long now. Felt better for 5 days then it came back again last night. I have been up since 2am because i couldn’t sleep due to being stuffed up
It’s hard living in an apartment after nearly 20 years of pure quiet! Upstairs has a 2 year old and she runs around until late night! I’m deaf but I can feel through the wood floors and I don’t know how many times I’ve jumped because of noise upstairs. It’s supposed to be quiet after 10 pm but isn’t. Sigh. I’ve talked to them several times. Both parents are very young and I’m in my 60’s.

i bet it is hard. I have told them a few times that the kids running along the floor upstairs is very loud downstairs in my unit
