Join me on the first Freespirit Match Boddington Classic Qualifier at the mighty Boddington Reservoir. The Angling Trust match sees me draw peg 109 up in the sanctuary which is a nice peg, however with very little room to manoeuvre, a proper battle commences with carp over 20lb falling to my tactics.

Great question Pete. It's actually a discontinued model, an old Daiwa Yank and Bank 12ft. Having used a few on there you need something with some meat in the blank to get the control. What i would say is it wasn't that expensive and i think a slightly lower grade carbon means it's a bit more forgiving if you're looking for something similar.
