Forever Skies is a good survival game that I can't remember if you guys have covered. It gives a feeling of playing Raft, but you are flying in the skies in a blimp. You can expand, upgrade, build up, and out, all while the usual survival elements are in play. It also has a hardcore mode for those who want the "one life only" challenge.
I definitely enjoyed Forever Skies, if only for a short bit. There's simply not enough content right now, even for early access. I did absolutely everything I could, and then some, in 8-10 hours. It just needs more time to cook.
It would help if you would show us games we can actually currently buy and play, usually people watch these videos cause they are bored and need a game to play so its kinda pointless showing people games that aren't even out.
V Rising is so underrated, I've been playing it non-stop. The game is absolutely brilliant, definitely a must play. I wish there were more vampire genre games. And I'm very excited for Frostpunk 2. 🤙
Nah, it's severely overrated. A subjectively "decent" game made by the same company that forced everyone to buy into their f2p game and abandoned them (around 5 total).

Currently they are looking at ways they can make zombie spawns more realistic by having more in the city or less in the country, and also making it so zombies don’t respawn once you’ve cleared an area.
The thing with V rising is that it feels very passive when you play alone. It's like everything is waiting for you and nobody cares about whether you do or don't attack them. It's like every enemy is sitting in their camp or whatever thinking "oh, that's inconvenient"
It's more that 7 Days has become a running joke in the gaming community because of its 8+ year Early Access. They had to do a full release if they didn't want to continue being a joke of a company.

The general consensus among the community is that ark 2 is never actually coming out. The ark leads seem to have thrown all their eggs in the Ark Ascended basket and Snail Games financial situation is looking one mistake away from going under.
Considering the total wreck that Ascended (Ark "Remaster") is becoming.. it's slowly looking more and more certain on what sort of quality Ark 2 will have.
Its not an open world game and is actually a linear story-based survival crafting base building game! There are multiple sectors to explore in the story atm, but they are vast and there is sooo much content (60+ hours) for just being in the first stage of its early access road map. I have 160+ hours in the game across multiple saves currently, so I highly recommend!
What would be cool is if a company or someone made a post apostolic game where at the beginning you're just an average Joe or Jane doing e everyday normal things like going to work and what no, but you've got to play like that for 15 - 20 in game days, then out of nowhere regardless if your character is sleeping or driving or just walking around outside, BOOM! Either a zombie outbreak happens or nuclear war or a meteor, something catastrophic happens. You have a family to get back to if you so choose to create one or if you so choose to go back and save them. All in all, you gotta figure out different ways to survive. Also it would be up to you if you wanna start your character say in a city or farm or you're camping or at a gun range. Something of that nature. You can take over compounds or build your own and recruit people or eliminate them.

Ngl for Rooted I got some strong vibes that reminded me about The Day Before way before he said it. Makes it hard for me to be hyped about it haha
State of decay games were never actually bad, they just didn’t get picked up much
Great work 👏
Absolutely awesome game choice.
Thanks.
Excited for Dune Awakening
& the alters
The Planet Crafter is a Subnautica-like survival crafting game that just launched its 1.0 update in April.
I just finished it (earlier this evening, in fact) and it was a great experience, especially if you love survival crafting games.
Thanks for reminding me of that one. I forgot that it came out of Early Access. I'm playing the demo now!
is there a story?
I’m amazed at how much 7 days to die is never mentioned on this channel.
truly one of the best coming out this year.
I’d just like to take this moment to thank Falcon and Jake at GameRanx for supplying us with these videos that help us more easily navigate the gamer world with knowledge we can trust.
With knowledge we can trust? They make a list regarding 2024 and mention games that literally have no release date or even a release year, they keep doing this, how is thay trust worthy, is this a fake comment im replying to or something
For $29.99 i definitely wanna check out Pacific Drive. Unique games like that are exactly what I am always hungry for.
Great video and all these games look exciting! That said, I think you meant Framed for the murder of a Prince, not Blackmailed :)
Im excited to checkout some of these when they come out
