Even after using the command "dart pub global activate mason" and "dart pub global activate mason_cli" I am getting an error like this, "mason: The term 'mason' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet,".

You need to deactivate mason and only activate mason_cli:
dart pub global deactivate mason
dart pub global activate mason_cli

How to add all the local bricks?

You can use mason add to add the bricks via the cli or manually update your mason.yaml and run mason get to install them. Hope that helps!
