I have my Marri on Whirlwind/ManaSpring with 1s attack interval and 100% Rage Regen. 100% uptime on guild boss debuffs, and also usable in GR1-20. The Distortion Tome artifact is also worth a plug in gearing. She is even more fun if you pair her with Laurel, Elwyn, Leya or Hollow to cycle even more Ultis.
I don't have her for some reason even though I've been playing the game for 1 week, I got the Story line quest for her but I don't have her, is this only happening to me or everyone
I really slept on Marri at first, but I'm liking her more and more. She's helped me get past quite a few roadblocks in some of the stages. I like to pair her with a Cursed Cult group with the lord bonus since it increases their damage dealt to enemies with freeze.
not sure if i would put her in s for guild boss tho i really like her, don't get me wrong, but don't other heroes - that do a lot more damage - also reduce the damage resistance? she's a great option if you don't have that, but if you're taking every hero into account i would think others do that part better i may be completely wrong, but her damage is horrendous which is kind of sad, cause she really shines in what she does i was thinking about building her tank with attack speed/rage regen, since her damage doesn't make any difference anyway so i might as well make sure she just doesn't die in gr1 for example, if that's even possible... of which i'm not so certain unless that vulnerability is something completely different which actually complelents these other heroes

I ended up getting two double 5 stars on the last summon event in one x10 pull as well as Vortex! However despite getting them I still use Marri, she's pretty cool and very underrated! I'm still trying to build her properly, but so far been a keeper on the team! ^^
Mari, Wrath, Idril, Lightlocke, Komodo, Olague ... all freebies. This game gives you the tools you need to succeed. Which makes it a ton of fun for players of all kinds (from free to play to light spenders to whales).
I got Brienne at the beginning of the game and didn't know I should probably keep creating a new account until I got Idril. I really like Brienne but I still want to pull an Idril!
Marri was main character in my teams for long, and I still think she's a) the most useful hero for new players, b) the most beutiful female hero in game. ...but! 1. Volka (which we all get) has better vulnerability debuffs, and also offers team wide heals. 2. Several heroes like Valeriya or Valkyre do debuff along their base and auto skills, of higher % than Marri. 3. At Nightmare 4 boss doesn't give Marri a chance. And she doesn't seem to slow him effectively anyway. 4. Once you clear most Campaign content and up to GR18's her position in team becomes a waste. You need better heroes that offer the debuffs +something extra. Her SLOW is the only thing UNPARALLELED in the game. But you don't need it after a point that much since it's close range and once mobs are that close -you probably haven't done proper dmg on them. Besides, tanks are amazing after midgame and slow tactics to kill them before they reach the final defense aren't needed. My point is, Marri is great to slow lanes so you can have time to kill. But at some point you can do good dmg and even if they reach defense chokepoint, the tanks do a good job keeping the lane so you finish off what you need. If you can't, slow is rarely the issue, you need to farm gear and upgrade prolly. Fun fact: Shamir was supposed to be the legendary version of a slow debuffer XD but he got a weird short stick and he doesn't hold a candle to Marri!
according to Plato, all acts of kindness are selfish because of the great feelings it gives us. Basically, what makes a good person is if you have access to that ability. If you don't get those feelings, you have an underlying mental issue that needs to be addressed.
Im enjoying the game, and i am at the point where i need to upgrade gear. But its a real pain in the A, i feel like 90% are defence stats & 10% are offence
Ash do it the guide of the free heroes or all heroes on general, builds where they are good, if is worth building, like you did on RAID, i love this videos because, but i know is a lot a work . Thanks brow!
man you must have SIGNIFICANTLY better gear than me or something. I have almost that EXACT same team at 6* (minus dolores) and get absolutely skull fucked on stage 17
while mari is good for her slow and ult freeze cc, along with her magic and phys dmg taken. By mid game, you get the d-buffs from other sources, and the only thing she then gives is cc, (wich is still realy good, but not that good). Also, phys and magic dmg taken, is an ok d-buff, but what you realy want, is defence reduction d-buff. By late midgame, defence of enemies gets so high, that 20% reduced defence, gives you an absurd ammount af value, especialy if your account is not optimaly built. and the worse your acc is, the more value you get out of it, unless you cant get over the 5% hardcap minimum dmg. I would not use mari for guild boss, unless you have NO other source of inc. ohys/magic dmg taken from any other champ. Or if you REALY need the slow in case you have realy weak sustain and die to guild-boss aa
So I started this game at launch, and I just saw how many mythic pieces of gear and artifacts you have…. Makes me sad. I’m nowhere close to what you have. So instantly unrelateable. Kinda like most (not all) of your RAiD content.

People often look at her low damage, but if you look at her damage per the distance traveled for how much she slows the enemies...she's amazing.
