To many changes and too op, with 40% speed boost and 25% with HC will convert el primo into lightning McQueen and would be difficult to attack, the rework to the main attack I think is better to make him throw only 3 attacks, the suplex supplement is fine right now and the meteor one I think with a fire area is enough. I think el primo only needs his second Starr power to be on he's base kit and a new one that after using his super he gains a shield that reduces damage by 30% for 4 sec, the HC needs to increase the super area (said in the brawl talk) and make his hypercharged super to keep the enemy in the air for 1,0 sec no meter where it hits the enemies I don't hate your ideas but they are a little busted 😊
El Primo's hypercharge removes his super's biggest weakness: knocking away enemies and forcing him to run towards them in order to register hits while taking more unnecessary damage...for 5 seconds every time a purple button is pressed. By increasing his super's AOE and making it knock targets *towards* him instead of *away* from him, it's easier to close the gap between him and enemies, and secure the kill. And yeah no one asked. TL;DR - His hypercharge makes him more threatening as a close range brawler.
