  • Fungus gnats are small flies that reproduce in soil, and often appear in homes during winter if we are bringing plants indoors. This video will provide more information on Fungus Gnats including information on techniques to get rid of them.

    they're an indication of bad potting mix media, made up of bark, which always goes sour on the bottom of pot, when the top is already bone dry.
    i went to coir and peat based mixes and havent had fungus gnat problems in house plants since.
    it's cute how they like to sell us a problematic potting mix and blame us for problems from it.
