My previous comment meant that he is not proven innocent as he is already innocent until proven guilty as far as human rights are concerned. The prosecution has to find him guilty in court and they are yet to do that. In fact witnesses for the prosecution have given testimonies that clear Seungri's name more and more. However, on rereading my previous comment I can see why it can cause confusion in a negative way. But I feel that we VIPs, who are supporting Seungri in his fight to clear his name should always maintain that we support him in this because he is innocent of all those disgusting things people accuse him of and as such we should be clear on the matter of Presumption of Innocence as well.
