Why You May Not Be As Good of a Leader As You Think You Are...

If you look around the world today in whatever organization, whether a business or nonprofit or school or education, there are a lot of bad managers and bad leaders. However, if you asked, no one will admit or say they are a bad leader. Everyone (or most everyone) thinks they are a good leader.
Because of this misconception, bad leadership continues and grows in our organizations and our world.
The question then, is, if everyone thinks they are good, even if they aren't, are you really as good as you think you are?
It's not bad if you aren't, but it's worth recognizing so that you then can learn, grow and become a great leader.
