A Little More Info: Mangalore is the only place where spirits the guardians of God's have a temple. And each family has their own spirit temple in their ancestral property. Same as yakshagan bhoota kola's are performed similar to what you showed regarding Koragajja. It's a land of warriors the Tuluva's. With the passage of Time the Malabaris found their place here. The protestants and Catholics came in here then the GSB's the Konkani speaking hindu community also came in here and today its home to every culture, the Temples here are very beautiful as u rightly mentioned. It also has Biggest Ice cream parlour the " IDEAL ICE CREAM" which no one misses once they visit Mangaluru, it was once called Chota Mumbai. After Mysore Dusshera it's the only place in Karnataka which celebrates Dusshera/ Dasara in such a large scale and it's a must see for all people. A City where most of it's people are well Educated.A Place which is modern yet has preserved its cultural heritage is a Hard find. Namma Kudla lives in the heart of Every Mangalorean. One more interesting fact is the Konkan Belt or Karavali Belt has people who speak Konkani which spans from Goa to Cochin in Kerala.

Nice video. 👍 Yakshaghana is a dance drama which has stories from both Ramayana and Mahabharatha. It's not just one story being played. There are also two variations to it Tenkutittu and Badagutitthu which differ in costume and dance.
Nice video and incidentally, there are three different types of konkani spoken in Mangalore differentiated by catholic konkani, konkana konkani and there's another one but cannot remember its name. For beaches, visit Batapady beach which is a virgin beach which mangaloreans themselves dont know off. The specialty of the beach is that it has arabian sea on one side, a river on the opposite side and the state of kerala on the horizon.
You missed out that Mangalore is pioneering education and banking. Not a word about old churches, colleges etc. Not comprehensive. You have to be born and brought up in Mangalore to Know this great beautiful city !

Good work brother, but there is small correction, the clip which you have showed of deity koragajja isn't a real clip , the video which you have shown in this clip is deity called guliga and panjurli, hope you will correct it
Sir what about the humidity.. is it hold or cold to stay permanently in Mangaluru .pls suggest
Beautifully explained
Still there are many more to know
Namma kudla city of wise and peaceful ppl.
I guess there should be a small correction made there , the vedio shown at 04:08 sec is not of koragajja, but rest all informations are correct 🤗🤗.
Finding mistakes of others is also another significance of mangaloreans
@@7varuvij yeah ! I guess 😂

Tulunadu😍Mangalore Udupi👌
Kudla Or Mangaluru is part and parcel of Tulunaadu. This is like mini India after Mumbai. Famous for hospitality, education, medical tour, banking, beaches, backwaters, traditional arts like yakshagana, daivaradhane, temples, organic agriculture, traditional fishing &processing so on & so forth.
In mangalore fish is very famous mangalore means fish fish means mangalore🤗

Mangalore, the little Goa very few know 😉
All good in the video.. But malayalam and malayalies have got nothing to do with mangalore as they call this place as manglapuram.. I heard this term 1st time in Qatar from a malayalee.. Its like someone call amitabh bachchan as amit batacharya...
Malayalies comes for Kollur a divine place of sri Mookambika 🙏🏻 idol which is placed by shamkaracharya
@@megharajnaik5326 so what's manglapuram??
Mangalore - Maikaala in beary language

Vedio which you played was guliga
Bro vdo is greaat.and ur observation is owsome .but i want to correct few words like its not a akki shevige its a semeda adye . Well done and tq for make vdo on my motherland TULUNAD
Nice video. 👍 Yakshaghana is a dance drama which has stories from both Ramayana and Mahabharatha. It's not just one story being played. There are also two variations to it Tenkutittu and Badagutitthu which differ in costume and dance.
Nice video. Thank u bro. But you should have mentioned the famous churches, mosqus, Farhad, educational institutions, hospitals and many more.......
GOOD EXPLAINED BY YOU..I AM FROM TULU NADU..🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Nammana tulunad.I am a pourd tulunadu gril..
IYou did not mention about Gudbud icecream and the its store: Ideal icecrea. An original mangalorean innovation and experiment in ice creams
You missed out that Mangalore is pioneering education and banking. Not a word about old churches, colleges etc. Not comprehensive. You have to be born and brought up in Mangalore to Know this great beautiful city !
Wow... amazing Vedio
You missed kambala, korida katta ,kola and many more😉. But its really good that you have explored so much on those 4 years🙂
