That's like saying "wine is just wine". Coffee is insanely diverse in flavors depending on the origin, blend, roasting method, production method, freshness, grinding and most importantly the way you brew the coffee. The awesome thing with coffee is that the main factors on flavor are what you do with the coffee at home. Image buying a bottle of wine and being able to completely change the experience at home. Coffee can be just coffee, but it can be so much more if you're willing to put in the time and money.
The very simple answer is that it is the second most consumed beverage on the entire planet and getting even a few % of that market would be a huge deal
Another coffee subscription, even though they have the Data from the customers, you have to get the customers in the first place and they arent offering anything new.
This is the recession product. Coffee lovers won't migrate back to granulated coffee, they will brew at home and the subs model makes that easier and cheaper. So a recession if it happens could be the perfect conduit for business growth because drinkers won't stop drinking and there's no cheaper alternative
I think if your a coffee lover who buys whole bean already your not likely to sign up for a subscription service. Likely you already know what you like
well i mean thats not the target market, the target market is the coffee drinkers who always go out to get their coffee from whereever and instead of spending 5 bucks a day at the cafe theyll buy this subscription which drastically lowers their personal cost.@@TinMan445

@@p1uI'll throw in my two cents. If you're looking to roast and flavor your own beans, first do some research on type of beans, and how to roast. It's not that complicated it just takes research and patience, experiment. you can buy the unroasted green beans yourself, and purchase coffee flavored syrups to put on the beans after they're roasted Or you can make your own coffee flavoring syrups, like perhaps vanilla. That's another recipe. Often they use alcohol to extract flavorings out of spices. The alcohol will dissipate and leave the flavor behind. - adding flavor to coffee using syrups happens after the beans are roasted - the skins have to be cooked, softened porous enough to take in the flavor Flavoring your own beans isn't always necessary - you can add the cinnamon, cardamom, clove directly into your coffee grinds in your filter The flavored coffees we buy at the store, are artificially flavored with syrup, applied after the beans have been roasted. If we put the flavor on before roasting, the high heat will burn the flavor, it won't burn it into the bean it will just make it nasty I know you can Google this - they'll be a thousand ways and all kinds of advice -it depends on whether you want the artificial flavor or natural doing it at home yourself. But you don't need to go to all this fuss don't need to roast your own green beans to add flavor - just put it in with your coffee grinds before you brew. Or grind it with your beans. But be warned, the flavors will stay in your grinder & machines - that's my pet peeve with flavored coffee. It leaves traces behind in the machines and makes plain coffee taste disgusting We always have one coffee maker that says on it - NO FLAVORED COFFEE!
