    Anything goes = no rules
    That's on period = that's it
    Preach = agree or keep going
    Since day one = from the beginning
    Open to it = be willing
    To top something = do better than before
    To say the least = an understatement
    Are you with me? = do you understand ?
    To shake things up = to change things
    Typical = when something or someone annoys you
    Tell-tale sign = a clear sign that someting will happen .
    A toss-up = 50/50
    To get a handle on something = to control a situation
    On your end/on my end
    Back-to-back = happens two times in a row
    To get caught up = get busy or stuck
    Sort it out = figure it out

      There are many different places where English is spoken, I would learn a bit of all of them and then focus on what will be most useful in your travels or studies
