The public could vote (and the majority voted for 9 members ofc), as well as JYP who praised the boys and their teamwork as 9 rather than 7 members. If you ask me, I believe all this was a strategy by JYP ent to get out the word of skz on social media, to make people empathize with them. I think it was all planned beforehand. And yeah.. it kinda worked. It's awful that the boys were used like this though. Anyways, it's all in the past now. Welcome to the fandom! 💕💕

Watching this in 2024, knowing how far they've come, makes me so proud of them, but it really hurts to watch this again. Minho crying while smiling and trying to cheer up the others even though he got eliminated, Felix feeling so sorry about not being able to continue with the others, and Chan crying for supposedly letting down his members just makes my heart ache. I can't even imagine being Minho just standing there and hearing that he got eliminated, or Felix getting eliminated for not knowing Korean well. Then there's Chan. I can't even imagine the amount of emotions he felt watching two of his members get eliminated. I just want to talk to their past selves through the screen and tell them they debuted together as a whole group, just as planned, and that both Felix and Minho are doing amazing. Yeah, you can see he tries to hide his feelings and be strong. Never in later years have I seen his sadness like this in his eyes. So glad. They came back because lee know and Felix are strong leaders in vocals , dancing and looks that attract a lot of fans. Wow this band would never have been the same or as far without them.
I think when Minho was eliminated the first person he really wanted to walk up to was Chan but Han and the rest circled him before he could. Chan not going up to him and letting him comfort the rest and eventually come to him shows how much they understood each other before they even debuted.

This was probably kinda traumatising for him.. My major in university has korean as language and the fact that he learned the basics in almost 2 months with everything else going on around him, is really amazing. Some people need years, even when they live in korea, for what he managed to learn in only 1 year at least. I always respected him for actually learning it so fast.

I feel so bad for Minho because he had the shortest training time, and most of the time he spent helping the other kids on dance, which is why he couldn't really focus to improve himself, and then to top it all off he got eliminated. That must seriously suck. But at least now he is one of the main dancers in Stray Kids and he is doing amazing!

From these early videos, you can really tell that Bang Chan takes his leadership role seriously. No wonder he's considered the 'parent' of Stray Kids.

I think when Minho was eliminated the first person he really wanted to walk up to was Chan but Han and the rest circled him before he could. Chan not going up to him and letting him comfort the rest and eventually come to him shows how much they understood each other before they even debuted.
