Is there a slang dictionary of Bahasa Indonesia? By the way, I think a good way for improving one's listening comprehension of Bahasa Indonesia is watching CNN Indonesia at UA-cam. Subtitles can be switched on, and the video can be repeated as often as one likes.

The best way to learn new slang is by checking on social media, especially in the comment section. To understand the meaning, we can learn from the context of what kind of situation the new word is used in. Sometimes, some online media also write articles about the new slang, but not always
