  • I am so happy to share with you our latest video on how to perform an ultrasound guided pericardiocentesis! This video has gone through a few revisions but I think this one is my best one so far (although I do concede that I may be a little bit biased🙃) this video already assumes that you know how to tell a difference between a pericardial effusion and pericardial tamponade.     Thanks dr jailyn excellent presentation
    Just commenting on the use of guidance in subcostal approach, i think I'm not comfortable in doing out of plane particularly during accessing the heart, any body can easily miss the tip
    Don't you agree?
