Sisters' Kiirtans - HPMGL Ireland

Recorded with a handheld mic in 2008, during a recovery at Irish Master Unit Ananda Bharatii/Sunrise Farm from a spinal injury...
An impromptu band of enthusiastic women of all ages visiting & neighbouring our kind and generous Rector Didi A'nanda Prama' agreed to quickly learn & practice new melodies on the spot. After a few takes of each tune we were done - this is a raw, homely cut, never published before... So much fun!
In February of 2024 I've visited again and tried to capture the spirit of MU's surroundings: the bog, the gorse, the mists... and our neighbour Pat's ubiquitous horses braving and enjoying it all in the calmest possible manners.
Vivek found freely available recordings of robin & rain and edited it all so nicely again, just after the electricity returned to Ukraine at last.
