First of all is a very good mod.
Sure its not historically accurate (also because a nuclear apocalypse never happened but)
Then because its s sort of world where old and new mix togheter.
I mean, wants to play with the Commonwealth of Europa? The Red Line? The Fourth Reich? The Hanza Commonwealth? Maybe with the Northern Caliphate?
