Thank you for your video. My water was just changed and the chemical levels were in balance. The next day after a soak the chlorine is gone and the PH is 8.4. This is a regular problem. It is extremely difficult to get the PH down. Any thoughts?
I appreciate the effort in making these videos. I'm a new to hot tubs. I have high total chlorine but no free chlorine, is this a problem? Is it safe to be in it if the total chlorine is at a normal level but I have no free chlorine?
