4*Body weight*TBSA of burns
If they mention Modified Brooke’s Parklands then use
2*Body weight*TBSA of burns

2 grams of tranexamic acid should be started within 3 hours after trauma. The first gram should be infused rapidly within 10 minutes, and the other 1 gram should be infused more slowly over 8 hours.

Atleast 2 parameters shall be there out of all given to say it is SIRS
