Imo to not make them op, Zane’s starter deck should have 1 cyber dragon, 1 drei, 1 Zwei and two of his level up rewards should be the other 2 cyber dragons, the rest is up to komoney
It can only attack monsters up to how many fusion materials was used. Like if it attacks a monster, it can attack the same or another monster. It can't attack your opponent 5 times in a row, only Cyber Twin Dragon could do that and only up to 2 times.

No since its effect allows the user to avoid paying LP to activate a card but with power bond you don't have to pay LP to activate it but you will take damage/effect damage in the end phase
