A quick breakdown of the Shuai Jiao technique ‘Ji Zhuang’. This technique is similar to many throws found in other martial arts and is useful takedown to have in your repertoire. I go over some of the subtleties and requirements needed to increase the odds of success in a non cooperative environment including:

Can you use a steal step/ twisting horse stance as you do the finishing part of the throw?
