That clean picking makes the difference for me! Instantly had a beautiful melody in my head! Unfortunately currently I am not yet able to translate that humming on to my fretboard.

Hello Nick, we pruchased a track of yours in Dminor from bandcamp we have created a complete vocal composition on it perfectly as a band, can you guide us if we can use it for commercial purpose or not if not is there any way ahead if we want and we can credit you with share incase the gig goes viral etc?

Hi. It's complicated to release tracks that contain a sound recording like mine which is already released, it does create doubles, problems with copyright recognition, you might end up monetising my channel, many claims, shazam gets confused and so on. Could you use my track for inspiration only and re-record all the instruments. That would be ideal. I've given licences but then it's always a problem because distributors do not follow the instructions given on the licence and bam! Copyright claims all over the place, shazam messed up, facebook messed up and loads of problems. So if you're a band, do record your instruments, you can play the same chords and a similar structure no problem, just do not make it identical.

I did this with one og hid tracks and it was SO helpful. Basically using it as a scratch track. For instance, It was one with a piano arpeggio, and when my brother recorded over it he added some subtle dynamic to match what I had done on my flute. I am grateful to Nick.
