    The 4010 and 4003 combination reminds me of the public library in the city where I live. They have that same setup, only with red TrueAlert speaker/strobes. It's a fairly large library, but I imagine they went with that instead of a 4100-series panel because it cost less, and how most of the initiating devices were pull stations; only a few smoke detectors were installed (the whole place has a full sprinkler system though.) It replaced an old Gamewell FlexAlarm system of some sort during a 2002 renovation and expansion.

    So you do know about fire alarms so do I since watching about it they’re super cool now that I know how they work

    That speaker strobe was pretty quiet. Nice test though!

    You're lucky that the pull stations don't call the fire department. You can be arrested for setting off a false alarm. If someone gets hurt in a real fire elsewhere, and YOU pulled a false alarm, YOU are responsible for the damages. But on the other hand, I understand that you were testing the equipment. I just want people to beware of the potential consequences of setting off a false alarm. Thank you.
