Strat: Pre-boss: Duarble. Remember to keep all kind of contraptions in everyline. Boss phase 1: Slenderman: (ONLY BE HARMED BY AIR ATTACK) When the game asked you to choose between 1/2 options, this is the harder choice from top to bottom 1. The black sun: easiest: paralyzed all your contraptions for 5-10 secs (No problem with this one, just dig up and replace contraptions in case of emergency) 2. Come true: Turn all.zombie into ghast. Pretty easy if you have a good contraptions field) 3. Biohazard: Summoned 10 buckethead zombie in the line ( Pretty easy if you have a good field) 4. Decrepify: No pickaxe + power up. Really annoying when you have full power up. But aside from that, no big deal. 5. Insanity: Hyno your plant. Pretty troublesome in some case ( pray for RNG) 6. The lurker: Say goodbye to ALL of your pool plants. ( At this point you know you are pretty fu..ed up. If you place your contrapations right and stalling carefully, this can be your advantage) 7. Pandora box: Just dont. Dont. It will screw up all of your contraptions'place ( Shuffle all contraptions in field) And that just a phase 1 boss ( Too many ablities huh? ) Phase 1 boss has 2 passive skills: Summon zombie from portals Change your contraptions in hotbar into zombie/random other contraptions. ( Can be advantageous to you if you want to have more dream silk. I dont use defensive contraptions for maximum dream silk) Pretty fun boss and challenging. Boss phase 2: Nightmare (Boss can be harmed by normal method but can change height into low - medium -high). You have 60 seconds to fight him. Hardest fight in game so far. The wall close = You dead ( click at least 5cps to stop the wall). Time out = you dead. Use your power up smart, timing and hope for the best. ( Suggestion use power up in driverser for best dps). I place totenser in second column to increase dps dealt on boss ( which maybe a blunder though because the boss can altering the height => totenser fire cannot always hit 100% boss). In the comment down below, PoRa has suggest a better strat. You can read his reply below. This video is not a perfect run and strat ( you cannot guarantee to win 100% when applied to this boss ) I lost about 4 times ( skill issues :( ) but yeah this is a fun boss battle and you should definity try it out. If you have any more suggestion, just answer this comment ( my strat maybe not the best)
Suggestion: Totensers on col 2 is actually extremely rng reliant (since the boss in phase 2 randomly alters height). Put 2 columns of Pistensers on col 2 and 3 instead, that way you can decrease the number of times you need to hit the boss with starshard projectile to 3. Other than using starshard on drivenser (which is rng reliant), depends on where nightmare decides to move you can also starshard totenser when nightmare’s right in front of it, or starshard gravity pad when nightmare’s right on top of it, for one guaranteed hit. In phase 1, Lurker and Pandora’s Box is undoubtedly the worst fate choice combination ever. You can STILL win with Lurker, because phase 1 is a stalling phase, just try to stall and rebuild your totensers in the pool lanes before moving to phase 2.

Well I think it is reasonable to keep it at 1 minute because it is hard mode. If I can change 1 thing about the boss, I want the boss have double the HP and extend the battle into 2 mins so I can enjoy phase 2 even more
