Two of the available forklifts, one on each end, could lift it, but both had so little weight on the steering axle that neither could turn off of a straight line, so we used a third to alternately push and pull the others sideways until the shear was turned.
Funny, that's exactly the way I watched it because I didn't have the patience to view this cluster at normal speed. Comic value + 8, educational value -10
Fire Service ladder trucks often have two people stearing, on just the front wheels, the other thr rear four wheel. But both stearers are facing forward. The guy in the rear has to watch the guy in the front. Its a veritable dance choreography 😄
