- Maxson Goh Films buses mainly under Tranche 2 of the Bee Network Franchising Model in Manchester.
Several ex-Oxford Volvo B5LHs can still be seen in their base liveries, including one in a rainbow pride livery.
The Scania Double Decker on the Free Bus 1 & 2 was a nice surprise too!

Happy to go on another journey with you! Always such a pleasure! And surprising! So, thank you!
Stick's and stone's will break my bones but words will never hurt 😂 one love Manchester never break the rules always watching every second
If you can this year then I’d highly recommend going to Exeter to film buses as it’s quite a nice place to do it.
I'll take that into consideration 👍🏻
I like the Scania N230UD
I believe those are the oldest buses on the bee network currently, from 2009
Edit: My bad there's literally a 2008 Enviro 400 in the video 😅😅
@@glitchFan2428 haha yeah the oldest ones i saw was the diesel enviro 400 and the Volvo b9tl in the video
❤
2:50 MX58DZF still have a strong motor👍👍👍👍
Sounds like the radiator cooling fan, sounds nice though and gives it presence in the city 👍🏻
Come down to Bristol sometime!
It's definitely on my list!
I heard comfortdelgro subsidary Metroline operates in bee network
Yes they are apparently building a new depot ready for tranche 3 in 2025. Haven’t seen any metroline bus operated routes yet though. I’m interested to see what buses they will operate, as in London metroline tend to have a lot of hybrids and ev buses at the moment - maybe they will cast off some of their old diesel buses up to Manchester? Who knows. They’ll definitely be awarded with new bee network spec buses that’s for sure
3:00 is that an omnicity? I don't have as much of a knowledge about buses than I do with trains
Indeed, it's a Scania N230UD OmniCity
@@glitchFan2428 thank you
I like the b5lh Gemini wright
You'll like the very clear EV mode to engine start at 2:35 then 👍🏻
i like the low height ones that they’ve extracted from Oxford.. they look more appealing to the eye i think
Sadly those colorful livery will be change into yellow livery and seeing double decker upgrade on free bus svcs
It might be changed or they might return it to Oxford like this, I'm not sure. I don't think the double decker on the free bus will be a permanent thing, we'll have to see.
Deckers on the free shuttle buses do happen occasionally. I have seen Evoseti B5’s appear on the odd occasion for service 1, suppose it might be a case of what’s available as the Versa’s/Solo SR’s running it are between 10 & 14yrs old now respectively..
yeah the double decker allocations for the free buses definitely is not permanent - also there are many tight and small streets in the city centre, im surprised they were brave enough to allocate double deckers to these services 😂. There may be a shortage of the single decker buses either due to repairs or maybe they’re slowly phasing them out to slowly introduce new single deckers over time. we’ll have to wait and see 👌
@@sohamedmalah6008 To be fair those Volvo deckers are very manoeuvrable as opposed to an ADL E400 but you’re right, a fair few tight roads on those free shuttle bus routes!
Did the B5hl Became gay💀
