सवाल 1…... विशेष श्रेणी का दर्जा क्या है आंध्र प्रदेश और बिहार क्यों मांग कर रहे हैं
उतर:_ संविधान में किसी भी राज्य को विशेष श्रेणी का दर्जा वाले राज्य के रूप में वर्गीकृत नहीं किया गया है लेकिन इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए की कुछ क्षेत्र दूसरे क्षेत्र की तुलना में आर्थिक सामाजिक भौगोलिक रूप से पिछड़े होते हैं और वंचित भी होते हैं इस कमी को पूरा करने के लिए योजना आयोग ने कुछ राज्यों को धन आवंटित करके उनकी सहायता की लेकिन पांचवी वित्त आयोग की सिफारिश पर विशेष राज्य की आया (1969 में गाडगिल फार्मूला)
विशेष राज्य पाने के लिए
:_1.…... कम जनसंख्या घनत्व या जनजाति आबादी की बड़ी हिस्सेदारी
2:_...... पड़ोसी देशों के साथ सीमाओं पर सामरिक स्थिति
3,,:_..... आर्थिक और बुनियादी ढांचे का पिछड़ापन होना और राज्य की आय की प्रकृति का निर्धारण न होना, पहाड़िया दुर्गम इलाका
बिहार क्यों मांग कर रहा है विशेष राज्य की दर्जे की......
आर्थिक असमानता, प्राकृतिक आपदा, बुनियादी ढांचे की कमी, गरीबी

टैक्स में कुछ कटौती से विशेष राज्य के दर्जा मिलने से निजी क्षेत्र के इलाकों में निवेश प्रोत्साहित होते हैं और केंद्र प्रायोजित योजनाओं में 90% की सहायता केंद्र सरकार देती है
