Of all the campuses you've toured, this was actually my favorite. I vibe most with culture that's not solely chasing a clean, modern aesthetic. No shade to other programs, however, Hawaii gets it.

they literally have the worst facility ive ever seen lmao, theyre weight room is on a basketball court. They barely showed the locker room, their equipment room was regular, the field is very small and that kid was def capping when he said the vibes at the stadium were like texas. Ive been up late so far this season tuning into hawaii games and there is like nobody at the games lmao

I saw AJ Bouye at his 1on1s and no one there really noticed. He is definitely the most well known person in NCAA/high school world. You're wildin if you think anyone cares about XYZ coach or AD. You see what Prime did for Jackson State? That's the power of personality and charisma.

I was born and raised on the island, still remember as a kid going with my mom to the swap meet outside the stadium one day, and going to a football game with my dad the next, that was back in the late 90s and man were they bad lol, but I still have great memories with my dad there. I live on the mainland now but that will always be home. Thank you for this vid.

Back in the early 2000s they were must see TV. The whole nation waited on the warriors to give us that night cap. They didn't disappoint ,they represented!!!!
I lived in Hawaii forever, and when I tell you I was super shocked you visit Hawaii I was shocked asf man. I am glad you visited Hawaii man, one thing is that Football team plays in the Aloha Stadium. I wish some players that’s from Hawaii stays here and play for there hometown ❤❤❤
They play on campus now. Aloha Stadium is set to be demolished and the whole stadium area re-done.

hawaii is always one of the top places per capita thats puts players in colleges and in the league. Even crazier is the north east region of the islands and how many players it puts out. There probably is no place in the world that has put more players in the league for such a small area.

I've watched your kicking competition yrs ago...I thought it was funny how you lure a lot of kickers to battle you out, not knowing you are a strong accurate kicker yourself...But I must say you probably created perhaps one of the most influential marketing strategy for University of Hawaii, because we cannot sell the millions and billions of dollar in facilities, school name brand, nor the NCAA championship caliber trophy's and legendary athletes, that came out of that schools, but you truly market the weather, beaches, campus life and East Asia studies. In Highschool, we used that field for our Track and Field practices. The building on the north East of the Field I put a hole in the side of the building with one of the weighted discus flew over the fence. I'm glad the field has looked nice since I last saw it. It was a beat-up field but I had an awesome time during my HS Senior year there, Class of 2000.
