    My humble request plz Can you do a video on Cricket training. Particularly Spin bowlers , bcz there are plenty of routine for fast bowlers but not a single one for Spin bowlers

    Why does he always say we don’t like lifting weights? It’s like hearing nails on a chalkboard. I guess the old generation may not have he may be interacting with some dumb dads and old school coaches.

      I just got into wrestling very recently and fell in love with weightlifting specifically because everyone in my practices were lifting weights like monsters. Yeah, most of the wrestlers I've met force you to lift just to keep up.
