      So, even if anyone can buy at 15k, price hike ki scope takkuva

      If AI city comes up in Maheswaram or Smart city near Jeerswamy temple is launched, Srisailam road gets boosted. Take a long term view please. Tukkuguda area, villa plots are sold for Rs50k per yard

      @@nanduriravikumar-mylifehap6744 there are already too many IT buildings in Narsingi, Kokapet & Neopolis. The new AI companies can occupy these buildings happily for even next 10 years..why will they want to move to a remote place like Maheshwaram?

      Investment is always made with some optimism. Can we get anything in Financial district or Hitec city within a crore? Not even a 2bhk flat. This is recommended for long term investors, minimum 5years
