1980年代後半に購入して、若かりし頃の山登りの相棒だったダンロップ。絶大な信頼を置いているテントです。伸び切ったショックコードを交換して、再び現役復帰できるようにメンテナンスしました。

Amazing that the tent has held up for all these years. What is that blue "snout" @ 3:28? Did you add that yourself?

It is a ventilation hole attached to the wall. I don't really know what's attached to the floor, but there are various theories such as a port for taking out garbage when cleaning, collecting snow for water, or adding a toilet.
