I bought a Samsung M31S mobile on 04.10.2020 for the price of 19500 rupees. It is working fine and I enjoyed using it. On 21.01.2022 at around 8PM, while I was watching a movie on my mobile suddenly it got switched off and I had switched it on again. It restarted but it got stuck at Samsung boot logo and not moved on again. Recently the OS is updated and then onwards it has got itself switched off automatically and restarted again but this time it has not restarted. I thought it's because of that software update.
I took it to Samsung Service Centre
. The engineer checked the mobile and said it's a motherboard problem and costs 8000 rupees for replacement. I was shocked to hear that. I requested him to double check it because there's no damage to the mobile, no water damage and all the parts are absolutely working fine. All of a sudden the motherboard became faulty. I came to know from them that M31S series mobiles have these issues coming. As the warranty is only for 1 year and in my case it's 1year 3months. They said they won't replace the board at free of cost.

This issue is very common. Guys please everyone put a complaint in samsung regarding this . Then they will do this in free. As the problem is from their side why should we waste our money.

I mailed to them but it's 1 year 3 months old now and they are asking me to pay 8000 rupees to change motherboard

Bhai saheb sarey useless solution hain maine reset, hard reset, safemode, clear cached etc... uninstall all 3rd party apps sab kar k dekh lyie hain ghanta fark nahi pada aur aap ek to late uper se sarey useless solution ek ka bhi thik nahi hoga kyo k ye 9611 ka hi issue hai

None of these solutions work. Even factory reset and software reflash don't solve the issue. It is a hardware issue and can't be solved by these steps.

@@TechDecide mera phone under warranty me tha .problem ane ke baad bola gya ki board change hoga ...jo ki free of cost hai maine agree kiya aur board change krwaya ...lekin wo 10-12 din baad fir complaint kiya ..but in warranty wala repair me 90 days ka replace tearm kam nahi krta ...but maine dhyan diya ki meri mobile pahle se thoda mota dikha to mai 1350 me battry change krwaya aur aaj wo completely new jaisa work kr raha hai . I hope kisi ke kam aa jaye

Who aap se permission mangte he problem resolved karne ke liye agar aap ko resolved karnataka he problem to files send kar sakte he. Who online resolved ki kosis karte he .. merano phone continuously restart ho raha tha pehle say try kiya kuch nahi hua.. jabse yeh tyr kiya result positive aaya he...mera a50 restart problem solved hogya he .. lekin fir bhi kabhi sometimes auto restart hota he me app kholke files send karr deta hu .. hope this will help 🙏 by

Wipe cache and reset but it's not working
Complain in samsung. Say them to take it to higher officials. It might be solved. I too had the same issue

@@biswarupamohapatra5459 i have filed a complaint everywhere possible, and today gave my phone for inspection and tomorrow they will be calling me and management will decide if it has to be repaired in free or what. If large number of people complain only this can be solved. If it's only restarting one day ur phone will get completely off and not on. Im facing the same problem currently. Just 1.5 yr of purchase and this phone is not getting on

@@biswarupamohapatra5459 ya first call them on their toll-free number , force them to transfer call to higher official, ask for a free service or replacement. You should force them. Secondly mail samsung ceo which is also available on their support. You can even search samsung consumer complaint and add ur complaint there. I did all 3 and I'm in wait. It's a long process but u should inform them ur problem and stress them to do it in free and say that u have seen so many people facing the same problem
i have galaxy m30s and my friend has it too. we bought at same time from same store. his phone now after expiring guaranty has this issue and only replacing motherboard can solve it. im afraid if my phone get this issue in the future. this processor is like shit. samsung must stop using exynos in any phone. i wont buy samsung phones again. only xiaomi and snapdragon and mediatek processors are good. even hisilikon huawei has way better quality than shitxynos processor. down with exinos processor.

I connected my brother mobile as u said and pressed volume up and power button. Then cleared cache data . After doing it for three times I did factory data reset from here . Then my phone started to boot and after installing Google Play and loging in . It automatically resarted one more time . So I fallowed same technique and once again cleared cached. So now my phone is working properly. Thanks

I have a dought, chalo maan liya ki 2nd phone k saath connect karne se ho jayega, computer ya fir laptop k saath connect karne se ho jayega, sayad kuch data transfer ya fir kuch hota hoga, but bluetooth speaker k saat connect karna matlab keya 😂😂, data transfer nahi hoga, and bluetooth speaker se power bhi nahi ayega, to fir connect karne ka matlab keya huya, bina connect kar ke hi mein recovery mode pe jake cache clear kar sakta hoon, problem solve ho jayega.
