A better drink would be just warm water or warm water with dry ginger … Ayurveda says you shouldn’t add honey to anything hot … scientifically also the bonds get broken and it’s not nutrient enough
You should drink plain water first thing in the morning. Drink lemon water after drinking plain water. 🍋💦
Why are you not using ur anti blue block glass?
If you will add pink salt to your warm water and lemon instead honey it will taste good.
