My husband and I are happily married for 5 years. We live in separate homes. It works for us. It’s exciting and like we are dating. Absence does make the heart fonder. I stay 2.5 hours away in our house on our farm and he lives in our house in the city. His job is only 5 minutes away. Once he tired in a couple of years, he plans on moving down to the farmhouse full time. You really have to have a lot of trust and faith in God to live this way. It works for us. 💛💛💛💛
This is great! It's good you both were able to figure out what works best for the two of you! I know this may not be for everyone but its good to see someone that made it work successfully. I find it to be an interesting approach and definitely beats commuting back and forth daily when working hours away.
I hope you don't mind my asking a few questions, but def curious and good to see someone that has done it or doing it. ☺️

2. How can you help it be a positive adjustment moving back so no one gets too comfy living alone or want to move back by themselves again?

@@iamtracywilson I cannot suggest how long someone should do this or if they should do this at all. Many people think we are bananas and say they could never do this. I’m 40 and my husband is 60. We spend our vacations and time off together. Our faith in Jesus helps us to get through this. Plus we focus on our goals as the bigger picture. We wanted a farm and house in the middle of the woods. The sacrifice to have it is that we temporarily live separately. He takes care of all the bills in both of our homes and I tend to the animals and garden down here. When you have a specific goal that you are working towards, I think it makes it so much easier. When you know it’s only temporary, I don’t think it will be hard to live together full time. I pray this helps. 💛💛💛💛

Although Al Reynolds states he’s not gay, he’s stated on numerous occasions to be bisexual. I understand that most people would scream semantics and say “same difference”, but the two terms ARE technically not the same thing. Al identifies as he sees fit, so what’s the issue? Especially since he doesn’t owe the public an explanation of his sexual orientation in the first place. You either accept it or you don’t. Either way this will not change how Al identifies himself.

I do not believe star knew. Star was so elated to marry him. At the wedding she looker so happy. She even did an interview where she defended Al tooth and nail.
Starr did know that Al was bi-sexual. She said as much in an interview a long time ago that she knew about her husband’s past before she married him. Al has said that he has always been honest about his sexuality and I believe him.

Iyanla’s birth name is Rhonda anyway. Iyanla is a Yoruba name that she took as her own in her 20’s.
Many Black Americans are unfamiliar with Yoruba and other tribal and ethnic names, so why be surprised when others are not familiar? Simply correct them and move on, which is exactly what Luenell did, and Vlad corrected himself and they both moved on.
