Oblivion only has 1 billion health, much lower than the absurdly high level creatures you set him against. The issue lies in his health regeneration: he regenerates instantly and his damage is based on percentage. No level of health will protect for more more than a few seconds, if he's feeling generous.

CR Gaming but it has a health status which is finite. How is it invincible? You could bring its health down to zero.

It has a negative hp, that means it’s basically already dead and you can’t kill it. You can check with the magnifying glass
