The only reason Corey even knows who Paul McCartney is has to do with the duet with Michael.
Everybody in The Goonies went from being a child star to a movie star, but it "just so happens" that only the Asian guy, who hasn't been in much of anything for 40 years, has an Oscar as opposed to, I don't know, Josh Brolin or Sean Astin.
Ke Huy Quan was still in the business as a fight choreographer...
I worked with Josh Brolin right after goonies came out. He's probably about decade older than me and a couple times looked out for me like an older cousin would, he was super cool. I've met a few rockers, rappers and actors he was mos def one of the coolest.

FYI - Brion James really was a big character actor in the '80's & '90's appearing in everything from The A-Team to Tango & Cash (as Ponytail) and Striking Distance. The guy has over 100 tv/movie credits, one of those faces you instantly recognize, but who's name eludes you.

He was in both 48 hrs and Another 48 hrs, in the later he was supposed to be the third lead. How the story goes when Total Recall was released the studio cut the majority of his scenes. I would love to see the full 140 minute cut.
@@EJW988 Frank McRae AKA Capt. Haden was also cut entirely out of the final cut. He can be seen in the background of one scene where Wilson berates Cates in the police station. I have the second draft of the script which would have been closer to the shooting draft and there was a lot cut out. Especially, when it comes to Bernie Casey who kept Reggie alive in prison after a bounty was put on his head.

I wish when you have Karl on, you would stop jumping the gun by spoiling and explaining clips he has prepared and arranged with a purpose, that he would narrate with humor , yet again , like the last Feldog interview with Corey you have, I hear you explaining Karl’s clips, out of order then how he intended, and I think if you would jump in a little less before clip is played , allow him to explain and give your input AFTER you play the clip, it would be twice as funny. It’s funny you almost ruin it because Karl is hilarious and you almost want to beat him to the punch making a joke on a clip ( usually out of the order he has in for a reason) just let him explain what’s going on, play the clip then add your opinion. Karl is funny, no need to steal his thunder.

It's so funny that they mentioned how Corey Feldman was doing his impression of Sylvester Stallone in the Lost Boys movie!? Because I remember back in '88-'89 watching the movie, and thought... this goofy little punk is trying to be Sylvester Stallone!! Corey Feldman is NOT lead-role material!!! He's best just being a sidekick to the star...
Brion James was a great character actor, who has sizeable roles in 48 Hours, Blade Runner, Tango And Cash, Red Scorpion, etc.
As to why Stallone would have hung out with Feldman in the early 90s -> The answer is actually Tales From The Crypt: Bordello of Blood from 1996. Angie Everhart is the co-star of Dennis Miller and Corey Feldman. It is mentioned repeatedly on the Shout! Factory Blu Ray that Everhart was dating Stallone at the time.
But they clearly say it was Brion James that took him there. He and Sly did Tango & Cash together and were likely friends beforehand.

I had tickets for Feldman in Atlanta about a year ago or something. It was a popular club all sorts of people play. About a week or two before the show the venue said the show was cancelled. No explanation, no rescheduling. Take that however you'd like. I was pretty disappointed.

Within a matter of months I went from being a fan of Karl to not being able to stand his voice. If you watch him for a month, you have seen his entire schtick.
