Thank you for the detailed puja vidhanam. I can't thank you enough after all that you said in the video. 'Self help is the best help'. I was skeptical if it is ok to perform gruhapravesham puja without a pandit. My humble pranams to you.
I have two doubts.
1. When should ash gourd or coconut be broken.. is it after all the procedure is done or just before entering the house before muhurtham.
2. Is it compulsory to stay 3 nights in the house from the day of gruhapravesham?
Please clarify my doubts as our house warming is on 11th June. Thank you.

However I want to know that is it necessary to do Vastu puja and sudarshana homa the previous day of grihapravesh.
Also on the defined day it starts with Ganpati homa then dwara puja and milk boiling and then Satyanarayan puja.
Need your guidance on what has to be followed and also is it necessary that somebody must stay in the house the previous day as puja has been done since we cannot stay until grihapravesh is done .

Yes it is mandatory to stay in the house for 3 days after doing gruhapravesham. Not before gruhapravesham.

You will have to break the pumpkin/coconut. Better to use pumpkin so that it doesnt make sound. Just hold it near the ground and hit the pumpkin hard it will break. Its fine even if it gives a crack.

Because in other video of your house warming you said after entering inside the house we need to put everything at one place (pooja place) and then go to kitchen and do the boiling milk ceremony.
