Kyokushin is one tough system. I did it for over four years. Battle of conditioning and ability to wear punishment. Major downside is no attacks to head or real blocking so your muscle memory is locked in that way. Hard to uncondition when in a real fight. Muay Thai is better but again, there’s is a fighting sport with gloves so no open hand techniques such as uchi uke, or tetsui or shuto. All systems are great but have weaknesses. I miss Kyokushin. Just got too old to absorb the damage.
