Thanks so much for the video..really informative I have one inquiry which is the transient limit , is there a fixed value for transient limit or it depends on me ?
+Suhaib Ahmed I am glad to hear that the video was helpful. The transient limit is adjustable in the database during review through the event detector as are the dips and swells. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact Fluke directly @ 888-257-9897 or FPQSupport@Fluke.com
The transient limit depends on what you are trying to protect. For example a 100 V transient way not do much in a 120 V equipment, but it might destroy a 12 V or a 5 V system.
What are the rules of setting the upper and lower limits for voltage events inside the voltage event trigger box ??? I'M so confused of these limits !!!
You can do it following your local normative, or you can do it by the tolerance of your equipment, It really depends on what you are trying to find or prevent.
I'm doing a final year project on power quality .. i had collected the data and currently i'm doing the analysis...pls do respond to my question i posted down ..thanks
How much data can be saved? The department I'm associated with wants to log data for either 12 hours to 24 hours, or longer.
Can we measure DC current and DC voltage which DC drive going to motor with this instrument ???
Hello. Can I using Fluke 1750 for measure PF, DPF, and cos phi? Thanks
