@@zafarkarnalkar thank sir i just started video it helping me to clear my doubt,i want to other things also like
1. other then idoc which tool we use from SAP side to transfer data from SAP to non sap system,
2. from sap to non sap system do we require middlewire everytime bcz my friend he saying from COPA to SAP there is no middleware i was thinking how it is possible as copa has different format.
3. can i conclude that in interface we use idoc only to transfer data from sap to non sap or vice versa.
Please share the pdf sir.

We can make a segment as mandatory not fields..
Better create one segment with your mandatory fields..and other segment without mandatory fields
