  • Ingredients and method
    Boneless chicken 700grams.
    Red chilli powder 1 Tsp.
    Salt 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
    Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp.
    Coriander powder 1 Tsp.
    All spice/Garam Masala 1 Tsp.
    Black pepper powder 1/2 Tsp.
    Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp.
    Lemon 2 small to medium.
    Leave for Marination 1 hour for boneless.
    oil 3 to 4 Tbsps.
    Cook on high flame then cover and cook on low flame
    When cooked add preheated charcoal in a pot , and add few drops of oil. cover for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Oil 1/3rd cup
    Cumin seeds 1 Tsp.
    Cloves 3.
    Bay leave 1.
    Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Tsp.
    Cook till aroma.
    onion 1 medium sliced.cook till transparent.
    Tomatoes 3 medium.
    Cover and cook on low flame.
    Add chicken tikka.
    Salt 1/4th Tsp.
    Red chilli powder 1/4th Tsp.
    Yogurt 1/2cup.
    water 1/2 cup.
    Cover and cook on low flame for 7 minutes.
    Serve and enjoy.
