The Singapore Tourism Accelerator programme by STB Tcube facilitated a partnership with Far East Hospitality and ByteGenie, a leading tech start-up providing modular data, model blocks and AI tools, to pilot a Proof of Concept that revolutionised sales lead generation from unstructured data sources.
By leveraging AI, they cut prospect research from 5 -7 days to just half a day. This has significantly reduced lead generation time, allowing the sales team to better focus on customer engagement and fulfilment.
This partnership demonstrated the effectiveness of the Singapore Tourism Accelerator in fostering cutting-edge solutions to power and future-proof the industry.
