He made her suffer a lotttt,the female lead is awesome in this drama.
I think both lead roles are excellently scripted, cast and played. One has to consider the hurt Zhongmou endured in his life that contributed to making him into this hard individual. It takes her simple innocence and love to break through that hard shell.

This is my best drama with Jerry Yan n the best partner for me. It looked so real n the child acted brilliantly. The 3 would make a damn good family. I love this drama n couple so very much.
