  • This module in the Video is used to convert voltage and PWM. The PWM digital signal is claimed to be converted into a 0 to 10V analog signal. Adjust the output voltage by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM. It can be used to change the signal interface of PLC ,VFD or other industrial control panels. The module size is small and it is easy to apply in different places.
    Product parameter
    Module working voltage: DC12V-30V; (power requirements: greater than 100MA)
    PWM signal receiving frequency range: 1KHZ-3KHZ;
    PWM signal input level range:
    The peak-to-peak value is 4.5V to 10V, and the jumper is inserted at 5V. This type of level signal is mainly aimed at conventional industrial control cards (such as MACH3 board), 5V CPU interface; peak-to-peak 12V to 24V, and the jumper is inserted at 24V. This type of level signal is mainly for the conventional PLC interface.
    Conversion range: 0%-100% PWM conversion to 0-10V voltage
    Allowable error: 5%.
    Instructions for use
    After power-on, when there is no input signal, the output is 0V, and the output is only when there is input. When powering on for the first time, it is best to do a calibration and debugging: find a signal with 50% duty cycle and connect it to PWM, GND, and the amplitude corresponds to the relative jumper. The frequency is between 1KHZ-3KHZ. Use a multimeter to measure the two ports of VOUT and GND. At this time, the meter displays about 5V. Adjust the potentiometer on the board to make the multimeter display at 5.00V. This will calibrate your pulse signal and the module's Correspondence. When the frequency changes, the corresponding relationship may shift and need to be recalibrated.
    The output voltage can be adjusted by adjusting the duty cycle.
    The accuracy can be controlled by adjusting the potentiometer.
    Conclusion of Testing :
    1. Potentiometer has no Effect
    2. Max Output could only 8.46 i respective of both Input Volts and PWM Signal.

    bro what is currnet output of this module ata max voltage ?

      As per datasheet Current Output shouldn't be greater then 100MA, if you draw more current out of it module starts overheating, but still VFD with voltage control don't require more than 100MA or current.
