Maybe the verses implies more on the present and how Rino is feeling at the moment and in the chorus implies how Rino feels about the past. From what I can see, Rino didn't know that Yuma had the darkest times in her life because she always seemed like a strong and eloquent person. In "Veronica" and "Or in the corner of TETRA," Rino mentioned how Yuma always helped her through her negativity, but she couldn't do anything for her. That's probably why, in the chorus, the pronouns changed to "we" emphasizing what Rino wanted to say to Yuma in her darkest times and assuring her that she will be fine and they both will find a way. Yes, she could have used the pronoun "you," but "we" implies that they are both strong TOGETHER, that they will find a way for each other, that they will help each other, that they will live their lives TOGETHER, so it has more emphasis than just "you."
