Same here on talking slow 😂 My brain is faster and sometimes stalls mid-sentence. I dislike the mid-series book size OR cover style change. Drives me crazy, too! I am looking forward to reading and tracking certain hr authors' backlists and trying new-to-me authors 😊 If you haven't read Kerrigan Byrne, specifically The Highwayman, I highly recommend!
I am on my last book of lorraine Heath, sins of all seasons series. This family (trewlove) steals your heart completely, irrevocably, and never let it go. You fall so deeply in love with them because of their kindness and loyalty to others . This was my first lorraine Heath series and now I understand why people like her. Thanks for the recommendation.
I'm glad you loved it as much as I did! I think Ettie Trewlove, the mother, is the most important character in the whole series. She brought this whole family together.

I’ve read that entire series. Although ‘The Hunter’ was my fave. And the last book felt like the Highwayman without the murder 😂
