Thanks for the information sis.. 🙏 please take care of your bone health. Eating food with vitamins and minerals especially calcium and protein rich could strengthen bones and reduce back pain.
There is less awareness among people about calcium and vitamin D deficiency. 😔 Mostly women suffer a lot due to back pain.

Yes brother even for this type of mattress if we use vacuum cleaner 80% of dirt will clean small hair and tiny dust sticking on the mattress
