    I would probably consider adding a chest workout, such as dumbbell decline bench, to get a little bit of that pec dropoff going.

      You're 100% correct good form is very important. So many people just think in terms of lifting heavy, not even thinking about their form. Good old ego lifting can cause some serious damage also.

      product of guyana Well if you got a ‘personal trainer’ or some big guy who knows exactly what he’s doing, the least he could do is teach him form. If tim was going gym for the first time by himself, it’ll be a different story but he’s with a guy who knows what he’s doing and he doesn’t seem to teach him form or anything. 👍🏽
