- Ace Magashule’s former assistant will appear at the state capture inquiry on Friday.
Moroadi Cholota was due to testify on Wednesday but she was still preparing a statement.
DCJ (,as he then was) demonstrated clear mind and ability to clarify issues to an extent that even me as a lay person i would follow the evidence..7/4/2024
Is she back from USA this woman??? And she didn't implicate Ace...m not an expert but the case against Ace is not strong at all...unless Igo Mpambani (May His Soul RIP) was alive and testify for the State as 204 coz the initials or acronym "AM" in the emails and spreadsheets he would have been in a position to share light...R10m went to AM according to the spreadsheet and the testimony of Mxolisi Dukwana...this is my opinion legal gurus u can differ with me. 7/4/2024

Did she open this e mail and is easy to check if she opened it.
What about the other e mails sent to the other business partners who did not respond.where is that copies. According to the data of business people i am sure they should b rotational mr mbambani.
She is so hard to crack. She seem to know her story if she is not well trained.
There is nothing the commission is getting from her to use against Magashule...
Her evidence is not helpful... She's protecting him but definitively implicating herself, saying things like "I'm the one who approached the business people" which is very dangerous for her.... Once all this information is established she'll be liable alone.

This witness has rehearsed the questions & answers. I'm only & more interested in the emails found in her inbox & she claims to have no knowledge of them when they present so much damning evidence. Ace was very close to the action, he is bound to receive the zondo invitation.
