What I love about this song is the recognition that sometimes you just can't move on from a person. We can move pass and move forward from the relationship, and go separate ways form then and there, but sometimes you just can't move on and a single reminder makes you relived the whole thing.

Hi, Sarah! I've been listening to your songs (summer is for falling in love, about time, and cheeze). I gotta admit that NewJeans' Hanni brought me to this tune. I just wanted to say thanks. Your song reminds me to the six years in my life when my boyfriend and I drifted apart. Once in a moon, there were days when everything reminded me of him. His favourite music, a man with brown hair walked past me, or his favourite ice cream flavours. In those moments, I wondered if we were never broken up, how things would be for the two of us. Six years later, we met again. Once in a moon, I gave love a second chance, and I guess we're both lucky 'cause I believe that to witness love is one of the greatest things in life. How is this song not even popular yet???its the perfect song to sit down and listen to and cry to with memories of someone you sadly lost. It's beautifully composed and has the singing of a poor soul that shines through the darkness. It's painful but the life is still there. It meant a lot to me hearing this and for sure greater things will happen and I can't wait to hear all of it.

5 months ago, the person I loved left me. I'm at the stage where I had come to accept that our relationship has ended. But every now and then I would still have the "what if" thoughts, see someone that looks like him, or I would find myself wondering if my future self would still love him or not. This song perfectly encapsulated how I feel. The reminiscent melody, the lyrics, and the soft, mellow voice spoke to my heart. Coincidentally, the full moon is coming in 2 days in the city I am living in. I'm glad I found your music and this song. I look forward to hearing more of you in the future ☺
